Our Story
Inspired by the Bereans in Acts 17 and wanting to transform our region with the word of God, a small group of Jesus followers meeting in homes became Berean Bible Church in 1968.

In the 50+ years since then, Berean has grown from a Bible study with a couple dozen people to a movement of hundreds of people. In the last decade our nondenominational church family has baptized nearly 400 people, launched dozens of connect groups, and started new campuses in Cincinnatus, Bainbridge, Hillcrest, and Online. God is transforming our region one person at a time.
Our History
The original members of Berean Bible Church came from many denominations, some from positions of leadership. But the love of God’s Word was so strong, their differences seemed to melt away. With hearts filled to overflowing with love for Jesus, the Bible, and each other, the group grew steadily to the point where creation of a new church was soon viable.
Today, we continue the work in an effort to reach people in our communities with the life changing message and love of Jesus Christ. We want to see more and better Jesus followers doing God’s work in our area to forward God’s kingdom. If you are interested in learning, growing or serving, we’re here to help. Our Locations
Greene
Our original campus is located on 13 acres in the picturesque town of Greene, NY.
Gatherings: Sundays, 9:30am
Cincinnatus
Our second campus is located in the beautiful rural town of Cincinnatus, NY.
Gatherings: Sundays, 10:00am
Bainbridge
Our third campus is located in the historic town of Bainbridge, NY. We are now meeting in our newly constructed campus on nearly 7 beautiful acres just minutes from Interstate 88.

Online
Our online campus is a great way to check us out from anywhere in the world.
