Group Make Up

Letting other group members take ownership is a great way to get people invested. It also relieves some of the burden of the Leader, so they can focus on mentoring, preparing for the discussion, and shepherding the group.

Leader

The Leader is the shepherd of the group. He or she facilitates group discussion, helps care for members, and raises up new leaders, allowing the group to multiply.

Host

The Host opens their home to their group weekly, ensuring that people feel welcome and comfortable in the space.

Party Coordinator

The Party Coordinator helps facilitate the food menu and plans special group bonding or serving activities. They also help coordinate monthly events during the off terms.

Care Coordinator

The Care Coordinator helps plan and communicate care for members of the group, from sending special prayer requests to organizing hospital visits to rallying the group to help a member with a project or meal or gift.Â
