There are many sensitive cultural issues of the day that need honest, practical discussion. There are people around us who do not know Christ, and they would say it’s because the church doesn’t welcome them or understand them.

We want to equip you and your crew to begin breaking down barriers that are often present between Christ followers and folks in the LGBTQ+ community.

This Heart, Mind, Soul seminar includes a journey to explore our own attitudes toward LGBTQ+ individuals and discover what communicates love to them, understand their attitudes toward Christ followers, and learn what constitutes a biblical attitude.

We will examine common beliefs held by those who have taken on a gay identity, compare those beliefs to the biblical truths of Scripture, and create an action plan centered around authentic, grace and truth relationships that provide open dialog and discussion about spiritual matters and the Gospel.

Jesus’ own examples of engaging unbelieving individuals will be our guide.
