Making Disciples Who Make Disciples
Planting Churches That Plant Churches

“My ambition has always been to preach the Good News where the name of Christ has never been heard, rather than where a church has already been started by someone else. I have been following the plan spoken of in the Scriptures, where it says,

“Those who have never been told about him will see,

and those who have never heard of him will understand.”

In fact, my visit to you has been delayed so long because I have been preaching in these places.”

Paul (Romans 15:20-22 NLT)

Jacob

Mathieu

Quebec needs the Gospel, and SEMBEQ is committed to training pastors and leaders to answer this call.

This year, Jacob Mathieu joins our team as Director of Development.

A theologian, shepherding pastor, and mission-driven thinker, Jacob embodies the model of leadership we aim to multiply: rooted in the Word, devoted to training, and serving the local Church. Already active among the youth through the Académie Mouvement Jeunesse, he is known for his dedication to the next generation.

With his leadership, SEMBEQ can further develop to equip leaders ready to shepherd God’s people in Churches across Québec.

At this year’s end, we invite you to invest in this vital mission. Each donation directly supports the training of these leaders for the advancement of the Gospel.

Meg teaches Sunday School and makes connections in the community. She also does some maintenance at the local retreat center. She will eventually land permanently at one of the nearby church plants hopefully in a youth outreach capacity.
