Pornography rewires your brain, has a harmful effect on your mental health, contributes to lower levels of relationship quality, satisfaction, and commitment, and increased usage has been connected to increased levels of acts of sexual violence. Worse still? The average age of first exposure is 11, and children under 10 now account for 22% of online porn consumption among users under the age of 18.

All of those statistics mean one thing: talking with your kids about pornography is really important. But how do you do it? We’ve got some tips!
